- 1. Design & Development
- Prepare and maintain Electronics Circuit Diagrams (ECD) for new machines, customer upgrades, and serial production.
- Design machine control systems (PLC, Motion Control) in compliance with CE and local safety regulations.

- 2. Improvement & Problem Solving
- Identify weaknesses in electrical processes/components using data and calculations, then develop and implement improvements.
- Redesign products to enhance functionality, reduce lead-time, manage component obsolescence, or lower costs.
- Resolve product/equipment issues for internal teams (Assembly, Service, Production) and external customers via remote or on-site support.
- Act as an internal project manager for development/evaluation projects when assigned.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to allocate resources and track progress for on-time task completion.
- Issue Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to all relevant departments.
- Prepare critical analysis documents and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Meet with Management, Sales, Assembly, R&D, Procurement, and suppliers to discuss product ideas and specifications.
- Conduct market research on similar products and functions.
- Support the selection and purchasing of parts, including technical clarification with suppliers.
- Present product designs and prototypes to management, sales, or customers.
- Oversee the engineering of product prototypes and perform hands-on assembly when needed.
- Test and document prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
- Conduct and document training for Assembly, Service, Production, Sales, or customers.
