Job Responsibilities

ELV System Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of ELV systems for data centers, including ICT infrastructure, Structured Cabling, Network, Security (TVRA, CCTV, ACS, FIDS, VMS, ISMS), and Video Conference systems. Manage and guide design consultants, review detailed designs, oversee bidding, and evaluate tender documents and materials.

International Client Support: Provide technical support and liaise with international clients throughout the project lifecycle. Familiar with overseas cabling infrastructure standards, including underground duct banks, Secure Trunking, Cable Basket, Fiber Runner, POE, and telecom manhole coordination.

On-site Technical Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other departments to resolve on-site technical issues.

Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest ELV technologies and assess their application potential in projects.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Preferred: Familiarity with BMS, BA, and Fire Alarm systems.

Preferred: Knowledge of construction standards (e.g., testing, process, and acceptance documentation).

Preferred: Research and implement intelligent data center automation solutions, focusing on robust monitoring, customized control systems, and maximizing automated operations.

Essential Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in ELV system implementation, with experience managing the full project lifecycle alongside design consultants, contractors, and data center companies.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Industry Knowledge: Familiar with ELV standards, regulations, and advanced technologies.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Core Competencies: Strong coordination, problem-solving, responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills.
