Event Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Event Executive to support event sales and manage event execution from planning to completion. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys dealing with clients, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle event inquiries and support lead conversion

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions

• Prepare quotations, event proposals, and presentation materials

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams

• Manage event planning timelines, logistics, and execution

• Ensure smooth onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues when necessary

• Monitor event budgets and expenses

• Source and liaise with suppliers, production teams, and external partners

• Support setup, dismantling, and post-event reporting

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to events

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in event management, event agency, activation, exhibition, or related industry

• Experience handling end-to-end event execution

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Able to multitask and work under tight timelines

• Mandarin speaking is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation preparation

• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently

Preferred Experience

• Experience in corporate events, brand activations, roadshows, exhibitions, or commercial events

• Exposure to client servicing and vendor management

• Basic understanding of event budgeting and costing
