Exec, Application & Development

Overview

1. Identify and exploring the different functionality of application on fats and oils product which adding value on company’s product.


2. Identify and solving the technical issue by sharing the application knowledge and evaluation results to internal and external stakeholders.  

Main Accountabilities:

1. Strong knowledge of safety, process and quality food safety and ensure these are always in place. 


2. Conduct evaluation, analysis and report on product application.


3. Work closely with product development team and technical solution team in achieving their key objective on project by providing application support and knowledge sharing.


4. Work closely with technical solution team and sales team to recommend and provide product samples for events and exhibitions.


5. Develop and assist in presentation for new launch products and existing products specific to application.


6. Generate new ideas, new recipes and explore new applications.  


7. Maintain high standard of cleanliness in GMP, Halal and 5S.


8. Establish standard operating system for machinery.


9. Maintain and monitor ingredients stock level and other accessories stock level.


10. To initiate upgrading and improvement project in lab.


11. Carry out tasks assigned by superior time to time.

Education/Experience Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in food science or technology or related discipline.


2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in R&D of confectionery product, particularly in chocolate application.


3. Possess knowledge of confectionery products including the relevant skills and techniques


4. Strong problem-solving abilities and presentation skill.
