GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for driving patient and revenue growth through direct engagement with insurance providers, MCOs, corporate clients, and general practitioners (GPs). This role focuses on executing marketing strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring effective promotion of the hospital’s services. The Executive acts as a key link between the hospital and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction, collaboration, and sustained business growth.
RESPONSIBLE FOR
1. Implementing marketing and promotional activities at hospital level in line with the department’s strategy.
2. Supporting the Head of BGM in executing sales, branding, and business growth initiatives.
3. Coordinating events, health campaigns, and CSR programs to strengthen hospital visibility.
4. Assisting in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and general practitioners.
5. Managing preparation of marketing materials, social media postings, and basic digital campaigns.
6. Collecting market data, monitoring competitors, and preparing regular reports for management review.
7. Ensuring all activities comply with the hospital’s policies, SOPs, and corporate branding guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENT
1. Education
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
Specialization: Marketing, International Business and Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Business Development
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or hospitality industries.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, event management, and customer engagement.
2. Knowledge and Experiences:
Marketing strategies and techniques (digital and traditional).
Corporate branding, communication, and client relations.
Event coordination and campaign execution.
Basic data analytics and market research.
At least 2–3 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in handling clients, vendors, or external stakeholders.
Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or tourism sectors is an added advantage

Communication and negotiation skills for client servicing.
Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of insurance/MCO processes and healthcare marketing.
