Job Description

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Assist in developing and executing digital content plans across social media, website, app and other digital platforms.
• Translate campaign objectives into engaging content ideas and formats.
• Support the team in planning monthly content calendars and campaign content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, audience behaviour and emerging content opportunities.

2. Content Creation

• Create and produce engaging content including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, carousels, graphics and short-form videos.
• Write captions, copy, hooks and basic scripts aligned with the brand tone.
• Develop content that is relevant to Muslim lifestyle, travel, Umrah, Islamic education and community.
• Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, events and on-ground content production.

3. Social Media Management

• Execute and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Ensure content is published according to the content calendar and campaign timelines.
• Monitor comments, messages, trends and community conversations.
• Support social media engagement and community management.

4. Campaign & Brand Support

• Support the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Work closely with Branding, Marketing, Editorial, Creative and other internal teams to ensure content is aligned with campaign objectives.
• Ensure all content follows Ikhlas.com’s brand guidelines and communication standards.

5. Content Production & Coordination

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, photographers, KOLs, influencers and external vendors when required.
• Prepare creative briefs, content references and production requirements.
• Assist in managing content production timelines and deliverables.
• Be involved in on-ground events and activations to capture real-time content.

6. Performance & Reporting

• Monitor content performance across digital platforms.
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers and conversions.
• Prepare regular content performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use insights and data to optimise future content.

7. Trend & Competitor Monitoring

• Monitor social media trends, viral formats, creators and relevant conversations.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content opportunities.
• Proactively recommend new ideas, formats and platforms that can strengthen Ikhlas.com's digital presence.
