• Handling a wide range of litigation, dispute resolution and other contentious matters.

• Fact finding, researching and developing litigation strategy.

• Managing litigation risk and updating legal development affecting the Company.

• Reviewing of pleadings, cause papers and submissions.

• Attending court or non-court proceedings.

• Reviewing and formulating policies, guidelines and procedures.

• Attending to other assignments from time to time.
