Executive - Project Landscape

Job Summary

• Provide project and construction management skills and good horticultural practices inputs to undertake projects efficiently and cost effectively and to operate in compliance with GL QMS.


• Assist HOD/Manager/Superior for the efficient and effective running of daily operations, project management and construction, and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide leadership for projects undertaken to ensure their timely completion within allocated budget and resources, and of desirable quality.


• Ensure timely task completion i.e monthly progress claim, progress cert, joint measurement/ inspection, procurements & etc.


• Attend tender technical interview, meeting/ site meeting, site inspection and initiate joint measurement.


• Assist PM to prepare management paper, project feasibility & monthly budget tracking.


• Project document control & database management.


• Ensuring documentary compliance for projects undertaken.


• Provide expertise and knowledge during implementation of landscape construction and during Defect Liability Period.


• Liaise and coordinate with all levels of personnel such as client, consultant, contractor, suppliers, workers and other related parties for smooth execution and timely completion of projects/contracts.


• Comply with GL QMS where applicable and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.


• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree in Landscape Architect / construction related discipline.

Skills & Abilities

• Good working knowledge of project management, landscape construction & maintenance skills.


• Good working knowledge in dealing with softscape materials and horticultural practices.


• Computer skills (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD & MS Project).
