Penerangan Pekerjaan - Executive Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

âï¸ Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets

âï¸ Monitor project costs, variation orders, claims, monthly joint

measurement sheets, and site instructions

âï¸ Prepare progress claims, final accounts, and documentation for Variation

Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT), Loss & Expense claims

âï¸ Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

âï¸ Ensure effective cost control throughout both pre -contract and post -

contract stages

âï¸ Coordinate effectively between internal departments

Requirements

âªï¸ Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

âªï¸ Relevant experience in the construction/project management industry

âªï¸ Good knowledge of contracts, costing, and tendering processes

âªï¸ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

âªï¸ Able to work independently and meet deadlines

âªï¸ Good coordination and teamwork skills
