Executive, Revenue Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Check for missing or incorrect charges before final billing. To review Un-transferred charges and ensure hospitals take action to clear.

• Track and ensure timely correction of revenue variances.

• Support verification of doctor professional fees, insurance claims and package charges.

• Update revenue assurance dashboard or trackers as required.

• Conduct pre-bill checks before invoice finalization.

• Investigate correction, rejected or queried claims.

• Flags missing reports or notes affecting billing.

• Ensure adherence to established SOPS, pricing policies and billing guidelines.

• Liaise with Finance, Billing, IT and Clinical departments to resolve revenue discrepancies.

• Support testing and validation of system updates or new features affecting billing and revenue

Educations:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field (Master’s degree is preferred).

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar) are a plus.

  Knowledge & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial management and healthcare management.

• In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition, billing system, financial process and internal controls.

• Experience in big data analytics, revenue management tools and process improvement.
