Executive - Social Media 

Job Description

• Responsible for social media content ideation, plan, execution and monitoring


• Work with content creators for collaboration content and hosting


• Actively creating social media content, not camera shy and able to be a live-host to drive social commerce initiatives


• Developing monthly content calendars with the key objective of driving engagement & conversion


• Community management - Responding to relevant comments on inquiries on the comment section of all social media accounts and direct messages.


• Be in the know of the latest social media trends, tools & trending content and report upwards


• Ability to generate social media reports on the overall fan growth, engagement, enquiries & lead.


•  Liaising with agencies, media agencies, designers & working partners.


• Ability to provide clear briefs, managing deliverables & approval.


• Other assignment by HOD

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess a Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.


2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in social media marketing, content & handling of company social media


3. Possess excellent writing skills and video editing


4.  Experience in using social listening tools & familiar with social media reporting


5. Working experiences in FMCG and Agency are preferred
