SUMMARY OF DUTIES
To support the planning, coordination and implementation of sustainability initiatives, ESG reporting, development programmes, and strategic projects under the Strategy & Development Support Department. This role contributes to organisational sustainability goals, PD Pillar programmes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives.
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sustainability & ESG Implementation
Assist in the execution of sustainability initiatives aligned with organisational ESG roadmap.
Support data collection, analysis and preparation of sustainability performance metrics (environmental, social & governance).
Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with sustainability standards, policies and reporting requirements.
Support carbon footprint tracking (Scope 1, 2 & 3) and sustainability performance dashboard updates.
2. Programme & PD Pillar Support
Assist in planning and implementing PD Pillar activities including awareness campaigns, staff engagement programmes and sustainability-related training sessions.
Coordinate logistics, stakeholder communication, and reporting for internal programmes.
Prepare presentation materials, briefing notes and communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Strategic Planning Support
Assist the department in monitoring strategic initiatives, timelines, and key deliverables.
Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Compile reports, summaries and proposals for management review.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain proper documentation of sustainability initiatives, programme reports, and related evidence.
Support internal audits, compliance checks and follow-up actions with relevant departments.
Ensure all sustainability and programme-related records are updated and stored systematically.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Liaise with internal departments to gather information, resolve queries and coordinate programme implementation.
Assist in preparing communication content such as circulars, newsletters, awareness materials and presentation slides.
Provide administrative support during engagements, workshops, meetings and sustainability events.
6. General Administrative Duties
Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up action trackers and progress updates.
Support budgeting, procurement requests and documentation for programme-related expenses.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by the department from time to time.
