1) Workers Documentation
I. 1ST Year Work Permit
1. Ensure that all foreign workers possess a valid 1ST Year work permit.
2. Inform management if any misconduct, irregularities, or violations occur in the above process.
II. Work Permit Renewal
1. Ensure the permit renewal process is carried out within the required timeline.
2. Ensure CWS data updates are carried out accurately according to the permit information obtained.
3. Reviewing and approving monthly permit renewal payments for migrant workers.
III. Passport Renewal
1. Ensure the passport renewal process is carried out within the required timeframe.
2. Ensure CWS data updates are conducted accurately according to the passport information obtained.
2) Grading
I. Worker Employees Housing and Amenities grading
1. Attend or participate in any external review sessions related to worker employees housing.
2. Conduct evaluation visits to identified projects.
3. Present the evaluation results to project and regional management.
4. Recommend improvement measures to regional management based on visit assessments.
5. Evaluate and propose improvements to the evaluation template and assessment process.
II. Documentation Audit
1. Conduct evaluation visits to identified projects.
2. Present the evaluation results to project and regional management.
3. Recommend improvement measures to regional management based on visit assessments.

3) Engagement
I. JKH Committee
1. Monitor the implementation of meetings according to the scheduled timeline based on the applicable guidelines.
2. Monitor issues raised and corrective actions implemented by the plantation project.
II. Discipline and Misconduct
1. Analyse related reports (Plantation Discipline Reports).
2. Conduct follow-ups and monitoring on cases submitted by plantations to Regional HR as well as arrests or detentions by authorities.
III. Program Arrangements and Collaboration
1. Plan suitable program activities, including surveys related to worker management.
2. Monitor the implementation of programs according to departmental planning.
3. Establish effective communication with stakeholders and strategic partners.
IV. Health and Accidents
1. Analyse related reports.
2. Conduct welfare visits and recommend appropriate actions or benefits.
V. Training
1. Assess and plan training needs for plantation worker groups.
2. Prepare training presentations and modules based on requirements.
VI. Grievances & Complaints
1. Conduct field investigations and information gathering.
2. Prepare and present the final report to stakeholders or management.
VII. Special Cases
Provide recommendations or professional opinions for cases or situations requiring management decisions beyond the plantation level.
4) Administration
I. Review and approve leave applications and travel claims for support staff.
II. Participate in and attend official company activities, including training programs.
III. Ensure proper management of unit documents and records, ensuring they are secure and accessible when required.
IV. Ensuring and actively participating in the recruitment interview process for local employees.
Qualification : Bachelor Degree and exposure to labor management including Hiring, Agreement, Policy and Regulations.
