Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute global export sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across existing and emerging international markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new geographical markets and customer segments to accelerate business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and growth potential across target countries.
  • Develop strategic market entry plans tailored to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Distributor Development & Channel Expansion

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, dealers, and strategic partners across international markets.
  • Expand and optimize distribution networks to maximize market coverage and commercial performance.
  • Evaluate channel performance and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration.
  • Build strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with distributors through joint business planning and performance reviews.

Direct Sales & Key Account Management

  • Develop direct business relationships with retailers, department stores, specialty chains, hospitality groups, e -commerce players, and other strategic customers globally.
  • Manage key international accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Conduct regular customer engagements, business reviews, and market visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and commercial support to ensure long -term customer retention and satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Commercial Management

  • Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, and growth plans for assigned export markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share across different regions and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Lead commercial negotiations relating to pricing, contracts, promotional support, and distributor agreements.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, margin objectives, and business KPIs.

Brand Development & Market Activation

  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to develop localized marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Support new product introductions, product launches, and market activation initiatives across international markets.
  • Participate in international trade exhibitions, industry events, and business networking activities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.

Cross -Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate demand planning and inventory requirements to support market expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and commercial agreements.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements across assigned regions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support future business expansion and product development initiatives.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or regional sales management, preferably within consumer goods, home furnishings, bedding, lifestyle products, home décor, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new international markets and growing export sales revenue.
  • Experience managing both distributor networks and direct customer relationships across multiple countries is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of international trade practices, export procedures, distributor management, and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Experience in developing go -to -market strategies for new countries and customer segments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
