Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, dealers, and strategic partners across international markets.
Expand and optimize distribution networks to maximize market coverage and commercial performance.
Evaluate channel performance and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration.
Build strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with distributors through joint business planning and performance reviews.
Direct Sales & Key Account Management
Develop direct business relationships with retailers, department stores, specialty chains, hospitality groups, e -commerce players, and other strategic customers globally.
Manage key international accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive sustainable business growth.
Conduct regular customer engagements, business reviews, and market visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Deliver excellent customer service and commercial support to ensure long -term customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Commercial Management
Develop annual sales budgets, forecasts, and growth plans for assigned export markets.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share across different regions and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Lead commercial negotiations relating to pricing, contracts, promotional support, and distributor agreements.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, margin objectives, and business KPIs.
Brand Development & Market Activation
Collaborate with distributors and partners to develop localized marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Support new product introductions, product launches, and market activation initiatives across international markets.
Participate in international trade exhibitions, industry events, and business networking activities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
Cross -Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate demand planning and inventory requirements to support market expansion initiatives.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and commercial agreements.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Continuously monitor market developments, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements across assigned regions.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations to support future business expansion and product development initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
