Fixture Maintenance Engineer 3

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for jigs and fixtures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and fixture condition. Respond to fixture-related issues on the production floor. Diagnose and repair damaged or worn fixtures to minimize downtime. Track and manage inventory of jigs and fixtures. Coordinate with production, logistics and engineering teams to ensure fixture availability and readiness. Identify opportunities to improve fixture for durability, ergonomics, and ease of maintenance. Maintain technical documentation including maintenance logs and usage history. Report recurring issues and propose long-term solutions. Develop Fixture Maintenance Procedure and Work Instructions. Train fixture technicians in fixture maintenance related topics. Responsible in managing Fixture Spare Parts Management. Support daily task given by Manager from time to time. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Skilled troubleshooting capabilities and aptitude for hands-on work in the areas of electrical, pneumatics and mechanical assemblies. Experience in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to identify and implement fixture-specific maintenance strategies. Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Ability in reading engineering drawings and schematics. Ability work independently and in a team. Willingness to work flexible hours. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience. Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders or customers in technical matters.
