GBS Procurement Analyst

People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation \u2013 whilst unlocking your own potential. \n\nNumber of FTEs: 1 \nExperience: 1-3 Years\n\nLocation: Kuala Lumpur (KL)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Procurement Process Management:\n * Handle the end-to-end procurement process for GBS scope from requisition to purchase order creation on day to day to basis.\n * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n * Manage procurement documentation and records.\n * Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.\n * Handle any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers.\n * Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.\n * Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.\n * Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses.\n * Track and report on key metrics.\n * Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.\n * Identify and mitigate procurement risks.\n * Invoice Resolution support to Invoice to Pay Team\n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n * Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.\n * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n * Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n * Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in a global business services environment is preferred.\n\n\n\nOther Considerations:\n\n * Language Proficiency:\n * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay and other languages (Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, or Korean) is advantageous.\n * Korean language required, proficiency\n\n\n\nSummary: A GBS Procurement Agent in Kuala Lumpur plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization\u2019s procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with local and international regulations.
