GM, Project Development

• Lead and manage the overall project development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, planning, execution, and delivery.
  
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  
• Oversee design, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder management to ensure timely project completion.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a high -performance culture.
  
• Provide reports and updates to senior management on project milestones and financial performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project development, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Proficient in both speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Strong understanding of property development, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Proven track record in managing large -scale projects successfully.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to make strategic decisions and drive project efficiencies.
