A digital marketing agency is looking for a Senior Creative Designer role that does more than create good -looking visuals. You will be the key connection between visual storytelling and what actually works in digital environments. The ideal person is a proactive creative who naturally asks “why,” challenges the brief when needed, and pushes ideas further to deliver impactful digital work.
You will act as both mentor and strategist: guiding junior designers, fostering a culture of curiosity, and ensuring designs perform effectively across digital platforms. By combining strong creative vision with an understanding of how designs live online, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver innovative, results -driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Conceptualisation & Problem Solving
Analyse client briefs in depth to understand the real problem before jumping into execution.
Question assumptions where appropriate and propose creative solutions that align with business goals.
Lead the development of original visual concepts that not only look strong, but function well across multiple channels.
2. Mentorship & Junior Management
Manage and mentor junior designers, offering constructive feedback and guiding their professional development.
Take ownership of creative projects, ensuring junior team members stay motivated and aligned with the overall creative direction.
3. Digital Integration & Collaboration
Create designs tailored for digital use, including social media posts, web banners and other online marketing assets.
Collaborate closely with developers and digital specialists to ensure creative concepts are technically feasible and perform effectively.
4. Brand Stewardship & Quality
Maintain and evolve brand identities across different clients, ensuring consistent visual storytelling.
Uphold a high standard of aesthetic quality so that every output is “portfolio -ready.”
5. Proactive Innovation & Business Support
Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal creative processes or introduce new creative services for clients.
Support pitch and new business activities by contributing strong creative ideas, visual strategies, mock -ups and presentation materials.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design (social media, banners, marketing materials).
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is a plus.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers is preferred.
Familiarity with Figma or other modern design tools is an advantage.
Interest or basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable using or learning AI tools (for image generation, ideas, and strategy support).
Strong eye for detail, proactive mindset and good communication skills.
