Head of Finance

• Implementation of financial policies and ensure adequate internal controls systems
  
• Oversee the Finance operations department, including the department structure to ensure the Company’s goals and objectives are achieved
  
• Accountable for the preparation and accurate periodic financial statements and comply with the general acceptable accounting standards
  
• Develop and review Company financial plans and budgets by analysing the data and requirement from the respective department
  
• Lead the accounting processing activities of the Company and manage the accounting records to meet legal and tax requirement
  
• Oversee the preparation of the Company's budget for CAPEX and overhead, and lead the monitoring of actual expenditure against budget
  
• Consolidate the Company's and Project's funding requirement and liaise with related agency/organisation to ensure the funding requirement are met on timely manner.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with the stakeholders.
  
• Responsible for cash management and funding requirement for the Company.
  
• Motivate and develop talented finance team members by clarifying roles and continuous improvement culture.
  
• Undertake such other financial analysis and reporting as requested by the CEO and/or CFO.
  
• To support the implementation of the ABMS and comply with the requirements of anti-bribery controls implemented by the corporation as well as to refrain from getting involved in any corrupt practices.
  

Requirements

• Degree in finance/accounting or related fields.
  
• Minimum 5 years at senior managerial level.
  
• Certification/professional accreditation from MICPA, ACCA or CIMA.
  
• Good interpersonal skills.
  
• Preferred exposure in construction, public transport services or finance.
