Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the commercial portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and commercial leadership by analysing performance, market trends, and competitor activity. This supports informed decision-making. Partner with commercial teams to evaluate new business initiatives, investment opportunities, and pricing strategies, providing robust financial modelling and ROI analysis. This drives profitable growth. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities proactively Implement and enhance FP&A tools and dashboards to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness Partner with business leaders to provide business planning assistance and financial advice, and function as cost controller to drive cost improvements Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the quality of financial insights. This optimises the FP&A function.
