In this context of dynamic renewal and growth, we are looking for a HR Administrator to support our operations located in Malaysia.

Your responsibilities

Personnel administration

• Daily payroll management.
• Main point of contact for all HR‑related questions from employees.
• Processing daily HR documents, including reports, contracts, amendments, letters, workplace accident files, disciplinary actions, etc.

Optimisation of HR administration:

• Accurate data entry and management in HR and payroll administration systems.
• Performance control through detailed analyses.
• Collaboration with store teams to manage HR files while ensuring compliance with company deadlines

Technical skills

• Proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in continuous learning and employee development.
• Malay and English speaking.
