HR cum Admin Executive

Company Background:

We are representing a F&B company with their corporate office based in Sungai Buloh (Retail F&B outlet in Mid Valley & 1Utama). We are looking for a HR cum Admin Executive to be based in Sungai Buloh corporate office. 

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail outlets - posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to keep shops humming.
• Take charge of payroll calculation and preparation, ensuring all outlet staff are paid accurately and on time.
• Maintain organised HR admin personnel files, track attendance and leave, and ensure all processes align with HR policies and Malaysian labour laws.
• Prepare essential metrics on recruitment, retention, and attendance to support organisational growth.

Administrative Support (joint responsibility with the Accounts cum Admin Executive): 

• Keep track of business licences, permits, and insurance policies, and follow up on renewals ahead of expiry.
• Handle procurement and ordering of supplies for the office and outlets
• Monitor and keep records of operational items issued to outlet staff, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
• Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR generalist experience, preferably in F&B or retail, will have an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
