HR Manager (ER/IR)

Develop and deploy recruitment strategies, manage recruitment process and lifecycle, identify future talent needs, and proactively develop talent pool. Provide leadership to the TA team, guide and develop team on problem resolutions, and achieve customer excellence. Assist in the development and achievement of HR metrics, monitor and report on various activities like staffing effectiveness, employee satisfaction, turnover, etc. Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and in group or matrix managed settings PHR or SPHR certification a plus Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
