Job Overview

The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure timely HR service delivery, accurate employee data, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience. The HR Specialist works closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce needs.

Responsibilities

HR Operations and Employee Data 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (SuccessFactors). 

• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations. 

• Ensure employee data is accurate and handled in accordance with company policies and applicable local labor regulations. 

• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation and record-retention practices. 

Onboarding and Offboarding 

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and system setup. 

• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide a smooth and well-coordinated onboarding experience. 

• Manage employee offboarding activities, including required documentation and system updates. 

Employee and Manager Support 

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries. 

• Provide clear guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. 

• Escalate complex employee relations matters to the appropriate HR leaders when required. 

Projects and Continuous Improvement 

• Participate in HR and AI-related initiatives and projects that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. 

• Recommend process improvements and support the implementation of HR best practices. 

• Assist with change management and HR transformation initiatives. 

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information at all times. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. 

• Exposure to or experience with an HRIS is preferred; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is an advantage. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
