This role is directly responsible for aligning, prioritizing, and managing all supplier performance management processes inclusive of quality. Continuous improvement and Right First Time process controle are to be developed. Improve process and org effectiveness through streamlined collaborative processes and ways of working between Suppliers, Procurement, & Planning This role will support the Procurement Organization in transforming processes for new and existing suppliers This role will liaise with MM, TPM, Procurement, and QA to facilitate and monitor the planning and execution of projects to mitigate business continuity risk. Support broader Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement strategies by enabling ELC's growth agenda with step changing the Materials Supplier interface, driving improved proactive service, agility, and inventory.Define detailed business requirements, liaising with Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and IT business partners to drive newsolutions and capabilities Design, develop and implement new process flows, data design, data mining, reporting, and tools to simplify and automate materials management, P2P, Supplier Quality, and capacity management. Harmonize procurement category and regional differences. Develop and implement data collection systems, analytics and other capabilities to deliver insights from information, both efficiently and effectively Act as liaison between GSR Category/COE teams, Planning, and QA organization to drive the Operational Excellence pillar of the Procurement strategy Plan and coordinate with QA & GSR teams the execution, tracking, and maintenance of Packaging, Ingredients and TPM supplier audits and quality agreements Monitor and report on QA audits and Quality agreement completion Develop and review analytics so that reports can be shared at frequency to provide status, trends and recommendations for continuous improvementsLead quality transformation projects within GSRsuch as: Supplier Quality Performance 2.0 Provide visibility and management of risks and opportunities for all projects from a process, data, and resourcing perspective. Ensure resources are accountable and delivering against project commitments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field 5+ years' experience in project management and managerial positions, preferably in Supply Chain Planning, Quality, and Procurement, in global environment. Six Sigma Certification Previous experience running portfolios of diverse projects. High proficiency in MS Office including MS Project Must be detail⁃oriented, highly organized and process⁃oriented. Must have excellent oral, written communication and listening skills as well as the ability to interact and influence with all levels of the organization. Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must be able to focus on a task and follow a precise process to the conclusion.
