We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nCreates and develops design concepts and specifications that optimize the function, ergonomics, perceived value and appearance of physical hardware products and systems for product consumers and end users. Partners with internal and external marketing and design groups to research and analyze design trends and customer feedback for incorporation into product enhancements, new product design and overall design language and strategy. Produces and validates product design specifications and production requirements with insourced and outsourced manufacturing and engineering groups.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n1) Capacity Planning\n\n * Perform capacity analysis for long\u2011 and medium\u2011term resource planning aligned with business forecasts.\n * Execute line balancing and process optimization to maximize line efficiency.\n * Conduct gap analysis between actual vs. theoretical performance and drive effective closure actions.\n\n\n\n2) Productivity Improvement\n\n * Lead labor\u2011hour reduction and cycle\u2011time improvement projects to enhance operational productivity.\n * Coordinate tool relocation and production line re\u2011layout activities.\n * Collaborate closely with cross\u2011functional teams to achieve key operational KPIs.\n * Perform time\u2011study data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement based on lean line and bay build concepts.\n * Pick To Light(PTL) and kanban setup and ongoing maintenance activities.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\nQualifications\n\n * * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering; or 1 years of experience with a Master\u2019s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with additional skills in AutoCAD and system-related tools considered an advantage.\n * Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.\n * Demonstrated drive for business and process improvements.\n * Proven ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.\n * Position location: Kulim \n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
