Industrial Sales Executive (Food Ingredients)

About the Role

Our client is a leading multinational company in the food and food ingredient industry, with a strong presence across the ASEAN region. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development across overseas markets, particularly within ASEAN countries.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Ingredients, or a related field, who are passionate about technical sales and developing customer solutions through sensory applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B sales across overseas markets, with a primary focus on ASEAN countries.
  
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business opportunities within assigned international markets.
  
• Manage existing overseas accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  
• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve export sales targets.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  
• Work closely with customers to understand their product development and technical requirements.
  
• Provide sensory application support and recommend suitable food ingredient solutions based on customer needs.
  
• Coordinate with internal R&D, technical, production, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
  
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, sampling, and product demonstrations where required.
  
• Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, reports, and business proposals.
  
• Coordinate import/export documentation, order fulfilment, shipment arrangements, and other commercial matters.
  
• Participate in overseas customer visits, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business development activities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments across ASEAN.
