Inside Sales Representative

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements, price lists, and margin guidelines.
  
• Revise and update quotations upon request, ensuring all commercial and technical details are properly aligned.
  
• Process web -based inquiries, RFQs, and incoming requests from multiple regional channels.
  
• Coordinate with logistics, technical support, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  
• Maintain up -to -date and accurate data in SAP C4C, including opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions.
  
• Support pipeline management and reporting by ensuring all sales activities are properly documented.
  
• Assist OSRs in following up on open quotations, customer feedback, and pending actions.
  
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
  
• Provide customers with order status updates, lead times, and documentation when required.
  
• Work closely with OSRs and the BU teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  
• Contribute to a collaborative, solution -oriented regional sales culture.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support, preferably in a B2B technical environment.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools.
  
• Fluent in English; additional regional language(s) are a plus (e.g. Thai, Mandarin)
  
• Customer -oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and prioritize effectively.
