Intercompany Accountant

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the global finance organization in the monthly close 


• Prepare recurring and one-time intercompany journal entries for the monthly close


• Reconcile intercompany related balance sheet account, ensuring balance


• Support intercompany AP / AP invoice into subledger


• Perform intercompany confirmation 


• Intercompany payment proposal and cash forecast


• Work with the other related department to solve any intercompany related issue


• Ensure SOP is created and up to date


•  Support standardization and process improvement to align with company policy


• Support ad hoc intercompany accounting reports and analysis per request


• Support internal / external audit and tax related request

Skills & Qualifications

• Accounting fresh grade is preferred 


• Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 1-2 years working experience in accounting job


• Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines


• Able to effectively communicate with working partners in foreign countries


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
