ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented  Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst  to support the end-to-end investment process of data center projects and other strategic initiatives within the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, including potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, and innovative business models aligned with our growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
• Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and Board reviews.
• Track and manage ongoing investment projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience: Degree in finance or a related field with proven experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data center or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Key Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication.
• Work Approach: Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
