Job Description

As a Data Intelligence & Process Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organisation's financial insight capabilities. Your expertise will enable the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial dashboards and analytical reports that inform and optimise financial decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and continuous improvement of company-wide weekly and monthly financial dashboards ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.


• Champion automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting processes, reducing manual interventions and improving data quality.


• Create detailed cohort analysis reports for Celcom and Digi product lines, extracting actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational excellence.


• Develop and harmonise profitability reports segmented by business lines for both Celcom and Digi, enabling transparent and consistent financial performance tracking.


• Conduct comprehensive financial deep-dive analyses leveraging sophisticated data analytical techniques to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.


• Lead the Accounting Separation exercise, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining integrity in financial data segregation.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and product teams to align reporting and data insights with business objectives.


• Continuously evaluate emerging data analytics tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities and financial analysis methodologies.


• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline is essential.


• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and process transformation roles.


• Strong proficiency with financial dashboard tools and data visualisation software.


• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving cross-departmental collaboration and process automation.


• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.


• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.


• Experience working within telecommunications or related industries will be highly advantageous.
