Junior Creative Strategist

We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who is curious about content, advertising and what makes people stop scrolling. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior creative to develop hands-on experience across creative strategy, short-form content, scripting and Meta Ads planning — with training provided along the way.

What You'll Be Crafting

• Brainstorm engaging content ideas, hooks, storylines and creative angles for short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.

• Develop clear scripts, storyboards and content flows that turn ideas into engaging, easy-to-produce video concepts.

• Support Meta Ads launching by planning creative assets and angles for Meta Ads launches, working closely with the team.

• Collaborate the wider marketing team to bring concepts to life, provide feedback and improve creative outputs.

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support ideation, scripting and content planning. Training will be provided.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content and competitor creatives to identify new opportunities and creative approaches.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Able to think of different ideas, angles and approaches rather than relying on a single concept.

• A fast learner who is comfortable trying new tools, learning from feedback and adapting quickly.

• Video editing or Meta Ads experience is a strong advantage, but not required.

• Prior experience with content creation, social media, copywriting, video editing or digital marketing is a plus.
