Lean Manufacturing Manager

Lean Implementation Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping to improve manufacturing processes Support workstation standardization and layout optimization Assist in developing visual management systems and performance tracking dashboards Drive operational excellence in Manufacturing through Shingo Model implementation Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process changes Provide Lean training to operators and team leads Facilitate improvement workshops and Gemba walks Support data collection and analysis using tools like SAP and MES Work with Quality teams to monitor defect trends and support improvement initiatives Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations preferably in the semiconductor industry Basic proficiency in SAP, MES, or similar systems Strong communication and team collaboration skills Familiarity with Lean tools, Lean management systems, and methodologies Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience preferred Automotive experience or Toyota Production System a plus Experience in Shingo Model assessment and implementation in the Manufacturing environment
