Logistics Assistant Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

• Oversee and support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound distribution
  
• Ensure smooth execution of import and export activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers
  
• Manage end-to-end logistics flow from suppliers (local and overseas) to warehouse, and from warehouse to customers or intercompany locations
  
• Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company operational standards
  
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper control of stock movement through WMS/ERP systems
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, processes, and logistics efficiency
  
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and company policies
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams
  
• Lead, supervise, and support warehouse team operations, ensuring productivity and discipline
  
• Assist in manpower planning, training, and performance management of warehouse staff
  
• Support month-end stock count activities, including occasional weekend work when required
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  
• Open to candidates from manufacturing background
  
• Preferably experienced in handling import and export operations
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations end-to-end
  
• Familiar with customs procedures, freight forwarding processes, and shipping documentation
  
• Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems is an advantage
  
• Competent and experienced professional in both logistics and warehouse operations
  
• Strong leadership potential suitable for Assistant Manager level
  
• Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
  
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
  
• Proficient in English communication
