What You’ll Do

• Build university and early‑career partnerships
• Deliver internship and graduate hiring programs end‑to‑end
• Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and recruitment activities
• Support employer branding efforts targeted at students and graduates
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver hiring goals
• Track progress and share recruitment insights

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in leading and managing campus recruitment or early careers hiring through annual planning of events and timelines
• Experience in building and maintaining university relations across multiple countries
• A track record of executing internship and/or graduate programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable representing the organisation at campus events
• Organised, data‑aware, and proactive
• Open to travel during key recruitment periods
