Role Overview
We’re looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our growing merchant network. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving operational challenges, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
As the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:
Manage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution.
Handle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.
Monitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Provide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of operational processes.
Conduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, warehouse visits, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective control of business assets.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth, inventory planning, merchant success, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus
Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics
