Middle Office Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Middle Office/ Back Office Specialist to support daily trading operations, client onboarding, and operational processes. This role is ideal for candidates with prior FX & CFDs brokerage experience who are looking to further develop their careers in a fast-paced financial environment.

What Will You Do:

• Monitor and support daily trade operations across trading platforms.
• Investigate trade execution, account discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Manage client account setup, onboarding, and CRM updates.
• Handle operational inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Generate operational reports and perform data verification.
• Support rebate processing, IB account maintenance, and account administration.
• Escalate complex trading, platform, or system-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  

What Makes You A Good Fit:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in an FX & CFDs brokerage environment.
• Experience in Middle Office, Operations, Trade Support, Dealer Support, or Client Operations is a strong adavntage.
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5 platforms and C-trader.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
