FAE / Field Application Engineer – Robotics & Automation

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia

Employment: EOR | On-site / Project-based deployment

We are hiring an experienced FAE / Field Application Engineer to support robotics and automation projects in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• On-site project implementation and commissioning

• System setup, software debugging and troubleshooting

• Network deployment and equipment configuration

• Customer training and technical support

• Support project delivery and acceptance

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Background in Robotics, AGV/AMR, Industrial Automation, or Automated Equipment

• Familiar with Windows / Linux

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and customer-site experience

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Malaysian citizen

• Degree in Robotics, Software Engineering, Network Engineering or related field preferred

Salary: Open, based on market level and experience

Working arrangement: Based at customer project sites; occasional weekend work may be required, with OT paid according to local regulations.
