Career Land Center, an international recruitment company, is recruiting experienced Manicure & Pedicure Specialists / Nail Masters on behalf of a prestigious luxury salon and spa in Kuwait.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality manicure and pedicure services while maintaining the professional standards expected in a luxury salon and spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Provide gel polish, nail shaping, cuticle care, French manicure, and other nail treatments.
• Perform nail art and customized designs according to client preferences.
• Consult with clients regarding nail care, styles, colors, and suitable services.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards.
• Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and organized.
• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized client service.
• Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Recommend appropriate nail-care products and aftercare.
• Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and products.
• Work effectively with the salon and spa team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, Nail Specialist, Manicure & Pedicure Specialist, or Nail Master.
• Strong technical skills in manicure and pedicure services.
• Experience with gel polish and professional nail treatments.
• Nail art skills are an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury salon environment.
• Relevant professional training or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a luxury salon, spa, hotel, or high-end beauty environment is an advantage.
