* Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential mortgage applicants to recommend suitable loan products and solutions.
* Guide customers through the entire mortgage application process, including gathering required documentation, explaining terms and conditions, and addressing inquiries.
* Prepare and submit accurate and complete mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal bank policies.
* Collaborate closely with credit underwriting, legal, and other internal departments to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
* Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling other RHB banking products.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for mortgage loan origination and other relevant KPIs.
* Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC).
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
