Plant Manager

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering disciplines (Electrical ,Electronic or Mechatronics ) is required.

· Minimum 10 years of related working experience in an electronic manufacturing environment and added advantage if the candidate has experience in a power supply manufacturing environment

· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English

· Computer literate.

· Hands -on experience in quality management system, process improvement, and production management

· Excellent leadership qualities, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Resourceful, proactive, and dynamic individual.

· Advanced planning, coordination, and organizational abilities

· A hands -on approach to operations.
