Premier Centre Manager

How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic leader, able to drive business growth and development while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and compliance. You'll need to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders, and be able to communicate effectively and inspire your team to achieve their best.

What you do
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Manage risk and compliance, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and OCBC's policies and procedures
- Analyze business performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and efficiency

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best
