The Opportunity

What You Will Drive (Core Responsibilities)

• Commercial Strategy & Growth: Own product positioning and pricing strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and profit targets.
  

• End-to-End Supplier Management: Work directly with international manufacturing partners to oversee forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
  

• Consultative Technical Selling: Deliver compelling technical presentations and solution demonstrations, guiding customers seamlessly from initial technical discussions through to final commercial negotiations and project closure.
  

• Partner & Ecosystem Development: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and business partners to expand market share and drive continuous revenue growth.
  

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Technical Sales within the B2B technology sector.
  

• Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge in either of our core portfolios:
  

  • Visual Solutions: Professional AV and LED Display ecosystems.
    

  • Collaboration Tech: Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD), smart classroom tech, wireless presentation, and video conferencing systems.
    

• Bilingual Communication: Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential for effective, daily communication and negotiation with our overseas manufacturing partners and suppliers.
  

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  

• The Right Mindset: A highly self-motivated, results-driven professional with excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
