Production Lead

• Responsible to Manage the Production team

• Drive Production and Maintenance performance to meet the required SC KPIs and defined financial targets

• Assist Plant Manager to identify and drives Supply Chain PAP cost saving initiatives

• Drive change management and Continuous Improvement culture and mindset across Production and Maintenance team

• Responsible to assist Plant Manager with the CAPEX (capital expenditure) and FE (fixed expenses) budgeting

• Responsible to carry out the CAPEX project and ensure the FE expenses are managed well within the budget

• Responsible to develop people capabilities and team competencies at operation by identifying the needed development and training programs

• Ensure Production & Maintenance are safe and it’s 6S is at upmost tour condition all the time

What are we looking for?  

• University degree in chemistry or engineering field

• Minimum 5 years industrial experience, with minimum 3 years in management role

• Knowledge of paint technology will be added advantage

• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 is essential

• Knowledge of LEAN/6 SIGMA/any other continuous improvement methodology

• Strong oral/written communication and presentation skill

• Fluency in English
