Production Planner/Master Scheduler 1

Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. 1. Ensure manufacturing and warehouse loading are on time and closely monitor material availability. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth workflow. Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure high standards are maintained. 1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 1. Experience with ERP systems. Ability to lead and mentor junior planners.
