Production Supervisor

Position Summary

This role is responsible for daily activities in production operations, including managing production schedules, and ensuring materials are properly received, identified, and accessible to production staff.

Duties

Key responsibilities

• 
  

  Communicate with employees, organize work sequences and monitor workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure materials received for production or inventory are properly identified and accessible to production personnel

  
  


• 
  

  Complete production plans by following schedule, achieving work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, updating schedules, and resolving issues

  
  


• 
  

  Update data and information in the ODMS system

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor site production and warehouse workers to comply with warehouse SOPs and WIs and ensure operations are orderly

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate in a timely manner with the immediate supervisor, Production team, Quality Control Department or Sales Department for any unusual circumstances, delays, damaged goods, or shortages

  
  


• 
  

  Maximize usable space in warehouse by arranging storage locations and ensure all batches are clearly identified

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in the preparation of validation exercises according to SOP and work instructions

  
  


• 
  

  Collect and evaluate production, warehouse and maintenance data, and conduct root-cause analysis of non-conforming problems

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor steps of process, observe control points and equipment, monitor personnel and resources, and implement cost reductions

Education Degree

Required Experience

• 
  

  Understanding of safety behaviors and standards at work, and correct use of protective equipment (PPE)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage and supervise daily safety behavior of team members

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in driving forklift truck
