About the Job

We’re hiring a Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage purchasing, suppliers, inventory, and deliveries. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, forecast stock, and ensure timely supply to stores and events. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage all purchase requests across departments, including products, packaging, office supplies, and marketing materials.
  
   


• Identify, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value and reliability.
  
   


• Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs), ensure accurate documentation, and follow up until goods are delivered.
  
   


• Track supplier performance on lead times, accuracy, and quality, raising issues proactively.
  
   


• Keep supplier database and pricing lists up to date.
  
   

2. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to warehouse, retail outlets, chain stores, events, and other locations.
  
   


• Work closely with courier partners, transporters, and the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries.
  
   


• Monitor shipments, track delays, and resolve logistics issues efficiently.
  
   


• Prepare delivery documents (DO, invoices, packing lists) accurately and promptly.
  
   

3. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  
   


• Conduct regular stock checks and monthly inventory audits with the warehouse team.
  
   


• Monitor fast- and slow-moving SKUs to support procurement planning and assist the sales team in clearing excess stock.
  
   


• Maintain up-to-date stock reports in the system.
  
   


• Ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and ready for audits at all times.
  
   

4. Inventory Forecasting & Planning

• Collaborate with the Procurement Lead to prepare monthly stock forecasts based on sales trends and campaign plans.
  
   


• Track supplier delivery schedules and update the team on expected arrivals.
  
   


• Flag potential out-of-stock or overstock situations early.
  
   


• Assist in optimizing minimum and maximum inventory levels.
  
   

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  
   


• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin for communication with suppliers in China.
  
   


• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management (FMCG or retail preferred).
  
   


• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with high attention to detail.
  
   


• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across multiple teams.
  
   


• Fast learner with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
