In this role, you will support Quality Engineers in ensuring our manufacturing processes remain compliant and continuously improving. Your contributions will help strengthen compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and reinforce our commitment to quality excellence.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Support Quality Engineers in compiling, analyzing, and reporting quality performance data.\n * Assist with daily quality documentation activities, including report preparation, document updates, and maintaining noticeboards\n * Partner with Quality Engineers to conduct audits as required.\n * Support quality programs and related activities as assigned.\n * Complete all tasks assigned by Quality Engineers and the Quality Manager in a timely and accurate manner.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline, with 1\u20132 years of relevant working experience.\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.\n * Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleanroom suits.\n * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n * Independent, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
