This is a fixed\u2011term (12\u2011month) contract position. You will develop and administer recruiting programs, partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, and determine the best sourcing strategies. Your efforts will promote Lam\u2019s employer brand, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will also support initiatives such as campus engagement, internship and graduate hiring program, contributing to Lam\u2019s reputation as an employer of choice. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nTalent Acquisition Execution\n\n * Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.\n * Partner with hiring managers to document job requirements and open requisitions.\n * Source candidates through job boards, colleges and other platforms.\n * Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.\n * Document candidate evaluations and interview feedback.\n * Support hiring managers in offer development and negotiation.\n\n\n\nCandidate Engagement \u0026 Employer Branding\n\n * Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience.\n * Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus, external engagement activities.\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\n * Track recruitment metrics and share updates with stakeholders.\n * Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.\n * Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * A bachelor\u2019s degree with relevant experience in recruitment and university collaborations.\n * At least 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.\n * Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards.\n * Good communication and stakeholder management skills.\n * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n * Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
