This is a 360Â° recruitment role where you will own your market — from business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with senior decision -makers and top -tier talent, driving revenue and building long -term partnerships.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Business Development & Client Growth
Proactively win new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and C -level stakeholders
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals confidently
Develop your own niche market and become a go -to specialist
Talent Delivery & Execution
Source and engage high -quality candidates proactively
Conduct thorough interviews and market mapping
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer stage
Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
Performance & Revenue Ownership
Drive and exceed monthly billing targets
Maintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, CV submissions, interviews)
Demonstrate resilience, discipline, and consistency
Take full accountability for your desk performance
